Stalk Borer Moth

This week was a very warm end to October in Oklahoma. We have had a little rain and that’s good for the irises I transplanted recently. I got a hole in my old shoes and I bought a new pair this week. They are a beautiful blue color and were reasonably priced. I saw a Stalk Borer moth near my door. I have been busy packing this week and didn’t have a lot of time for drawing. I did do a few gesture drawings of acrobats for my drawing class. I didn’t go to the farm this week but hopefully I can go in a few days. I made chicken strips this week and they turned out ok. The cat is still recovering but she’s looking good. We have seen some quail at the farm and a very large rat. There are still some flowers blooming in the garden because of the nice weather Iately.
