Seed Exchange

This week, I cleaned all of the seeds from the persimmons we got last week. There were over 160, which is more than we need. So I joined a seed exchange group on Facebook to trade some. I got a lot of responses and am excited to see what seeds I will get in the mail. The price of postage sure has gone up since the last time I mailed something. I may try again with my pumpkin seeds in a few weeks. My cat has been fixed and is recovering well. I planted many wildflower seeds from a small shop on Etsy last week and am curious to see if they come up in spring. It has been very warm here in Oklahoma for December and I am not sure how that will affect my garden. I made Tom Yum soup this week and chicken pineapple fried rice. Both turned out yummy. 🤤 I also cooked a pork tenderloin with apples that was very nice. I have been continuing to prepare for the holidays by beginning to make cookie dough. I have also been making more necklaces and bracelets for my family’s gifts. I also made a baby Yoda figurine for my baby nephew Silas. I am really looking forward to seeing my family next week and eating lots of cookies. Happy holidays! 🎄
