Pumpkin recipes

I planted my fall bulbs yesterday and it was quite a workout. I exchanged the Paperwhites for tulips and was happy to get them on clearance. Next year, I will wait later to buy tulips and daffodils. I was unable to get a lycoris, they were sold out. I guess the specialty bulbs sell out quickly and should be bought early. I am looking forward to seeing the results of my efforts in the spring. I have taken four pumpkins from my garden and I am going to try some new pumpkin recipes out. I have tried two recipes this week and I enjoyed both of them a lot. The first recipe I tried was a pumpkin soup. It was easy to make and delicious. Here’s a link to the recipe: https://www.tastesoflizzyt.com/pumpkin-apple-carrot-soup/

I also tried a pumpkin curry from Swasthi’s recipes that was excellent. It was time consuming because it had a lot of ingredients. However, the taste was great and that’s the most important thing. Here’s the recipe I used: https://www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/pumpkin-curry-recipe/

I’m planning to make several more pumpkin recipes in the weeks to come including pumpkin sticky buns, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cheesecake, and the classic pumpkin pie. If anyone has any ideas for other savory pumpkin dishes, please do let me know in the comments.
